As a helping professional Jes has worked in the non-profit sector for over a decade where she has worn various hats, sat on an array of committees, and been a part of multiple social change collectives. It is here, through working with marginalized communities, as well as her own lived experiences, that fuel her passion for redesigning a culture of care within ourselves, our relationships, and our society at large.
